For the price the desk itself is very good but we ran into 2 problems. The desk arrived with chipped corners. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a issue with other customers as well. The chips are not small dings either they where inch size pieces of the desk surface that had fallen off. I was lucky they where as big as they where so I could find them in the box and blue them back on. I would have returned the desk but both corners happened to be in the 'back' facing the wall. The two drawers on either side did not quite line up correctly when we assembled everything. They fit tightly took some time to get in aligned just right. This part of the assembly isn't quite a quick snap together like other items I have ordered and could use some more thought in its design. It's a low-cost, flat-pack desk so note that you won't be getting high-end finishes or real wood. Construction is reasonably solid, although I don't think the white finish on the drawers will hold up well. Looks pretty decent - the woodgrain is embossed/molded into the plastic finish rather than just being printed on. I wouldn't put anything heavy in the drawers - drawer bottoms are just a piece of chipboard with a glossy white finish.Simple enough to put together, mostly cams and dowels holding the actual "desk" part together, legs go together with moderate sized machine screws. All bolts were in there, and they included an allen wrench for the screws so you really just need a screwdriver to tighten cams and put in the few wood screws holding the drawers together.Shipping took about a week for delivery. It was delivered through FedEx and definitely wasn't handled with care. The styrofoam was all torn up and some edges of the wood were chipped. Luckily the edges were on the inside of the desk so not visible once put together. It took almost two hours to put together with my spouse mainly because the pieces were mislabeled and some weren't. The drawers ended up being a little crooked but other than that once it's put together it's not a bad desk. I wouldn't recommend specifically because of the issues with assembly.Tip* Be ready to vacuum as you'll be left with a huge messMissing two of the longer screws. Had to go to Home Depot to buy. Quality is okay. Get what you pay for in a 150 dollar desk.cant say how good it is, it arrived without the hardware for one of the drawers so now i have to wait and hope the manufacturer will make good on it.This desk is beautiful. Its very sleek and modern, and perfect for a minimalist work surface. That being said, my desk was delivered with three corners dented and chipped. Don't waste your time ordering it here, go buy it in a store or pick it up and inspect the packaging.great little desk. wish it had white on the front too as an option.. but perfect otherwise so farI just opened it and the wood slabs had so many chipped edges and they are very noticeable too!!!!!
