I am surprised by all the good reviews. The adapter requires that your monitor be at least 16 lbs in order for the height adjustment on the Workfit-S Dual to continue operating as intended. Otherwise, it will be stuck in the highest position. If you intend on mounting a TV screen or super-large monitor, you're in luck. But with more modest sized monitors, around 30", this will not work. Monitors have gotten very light and Ergotron failed to keep up with the evolution.
