i ordered three of these frames two years ago and loved the design. it's very simple and elegant. i would give the design of this frame 5 stars. however, when i ordered another frame a few months ago it arrived dented. amazon replaced the dented frame, however, when the replacement arrived it was dented as well. what is happening with the storage and/or shipment of these frames? because the frame and its replacement *both* arrived dented, i can only award this product three stars.
