I'm a 5', 100lb, 30 year-old, and am using this "kids" chair at my desk while going through nursing school. The seat is nice and shallow, so I can sit all the way back without my legs sticking out, and it gets low enough my feet can easily reach the floor (not a common experience for me). Is it comfortable? Sure, comfortable enough. Sitting in any chair for over 8 hours is sure to make anyone sore, but this chair at least swivels which accommodates a lot of fidgeting. And because it doesn't have arms, I'm able to pull up my feet and sit cross-legged, just to change up positions.As for assembly, it was quite easy. It took about 5-10 minutes to put together. And I LOVE the color! I bought the "emerald," which looks more turquoise to me (exactly what I was hoping for).
