I was slightly disappointed with this table overall. It doesn't extend far enough to fit over a person sitting in bed. I purchased this for my husband who is disabled in hopes that he could use it for his laptop, but it's not working out well. Also, the bar (foot) that runs parallel to the bed sticks out when you move it away from the bed and I have tripped over it a few times. As it is all assembled, and not worth the hassle to return, I will be having it configured to be able to extend it more.
